About this module
Between lesson planning, teaching, marking assignments and the general pace of teaching life, it can be tricky to find space for reflection. How often do you slow down and give yourself time to reflect on your practice? In this module, you will have the chance to explore reflective practice processes as well as the qualities of reflective teachers. You will examine how internal bias can influence reflection and, to address this, you will take a fresh look at your teaching through four different lenses. Finally, you will have an opportunity to focus on an aspect of your teaching and consider how you can apply reflection skills on an ongoing basis.
