A huge challenge in higher education is working out how to improve an institution’s performance holistically, including enhancing student experiences and outcomes.

This presentation showcases a highly successful curriculum transformation project undertaken at the Sydney Institute of Business and Technology (SIBT). We will share our methods used to design new subjects and to enhance the teaching and assessment practice of sessional staff to improve outcomes of non-traditional and international students.

Originally shared at HERDSA 2017, this showcase received a special mention in the conference closing remarks as excellent practice in curriculum transformation (the theme of the conference).

If you are exploring how to improve student outcomes through change management, curriculum review and large scale innovation, register here to reserve your online seat or share this page with an interested colleague!
