Congrats to our 2024 Navitas Advance HE Fellows

Congratulations to our newest Navitas Advance HE Fellows for 2024! These dedicated academic staff members have successfully participated in the Navitas Advance HE Fellowship Program, submitted their applications to Advance HE, and earned Fellowship and well-deserved recognition for their commitment to excellence in teaching and learning.

The Navitas Advance HE Fellowship Program offers comprehensive guidance and support to academic staff on their journey toward achieving Advance HE Fellowship. This year, the program was updated to align with the latest Advance HE Professional Standards Framework (2023) and enhanced with new interactive and collaborative activities.

Participants benefitted from the support of a global network of current Advance HE Fellows across Navitas, creating a rich and dynamic learning experience. Mentors, in turn, gain insight from this enriching experience as they engage in meaningful collaboration and reflection, fostering their own professional growth.

“Working on revising my submitted draft and reflecting on the evidence I used early 2021 has been eye opening for me! It’s incredible for me to see how my teaching practice has changed and evolved since then, especially research/scholarship and leadership/collaboration. I’m surprised (and proud!) about how the range of teaching activities, opportunities and networking has grown outside of my classroom setting. Thank you for this fantastic opportunity!” – Lorena Ajuria (FHEA) | SAIBT, Mentor and Guest Speaker

Achieving Advance HE Fellowship is a significant milestone that requires deep reflection, dedication, and a focus on enhancing the student experience while driving positive change in education. Each Fellow has demonstrated how their expertise and innovative practices contribute meaningfully to student success, embodying the core values of quality, collaboration, and innovation that define the Navitas community.

Today, we proudly celebrate the achievements and contributions of thirty-nine new Fellows listed below (while also recognising those still awaiting the outcomes of their submissions, to be announced shortly! We look forward to celebrating your success soon!).
