About this module
How often do you observe the learning experience from your students’ point of view? Design thinking focuses on observing with empathy to gain insights into the user experience to create innovate solutions. In this module, you will explore innovative teaching practices before borrowing techniques from design thinking methodology to take a fresh look at your learners’ experience.
