Design Thinking is an innovative approach that can be used to explore problems and ideas from a ‘customer-centric’ perspective, using logic, insight and creativity. This webinar provides an overview of Design Thinking methodology, along with some examples of how it has been used to solve problems in diverse contexts. A Navitas case study is then described where Design Thinking methodology was used to explore barriers to student retention and some of the strategies being adopted in a specific college.
