Europe/London 3:45am | Tues 17th May
America/New York 10:45pm | Mon 16th May

Presenter:
Sarah Prestridge – Senior Lecturer – Griffith University

Technology Tuesday is an opportunity to engage with a bite-sized idea about how we can better use a piece of technology in the classroom.  The sessions are just 30 minutes in duration, and will be hosted online so you can join no matter where you are. [This series is organised and run by Griffith College. For more information contact Matthew.Campbell@griffithcollege.edu.au]

This coming Tuesday we will be joined by Sarah Prestridge, Sarah lecturers in the area of ICT in education, having previously been a classroom teacher, and with extensive experience in the use of ICT. Her research interests focus on teacher professional learning in the use of ICT. For more information, visit: www.griffith.edu.au/education/school-education-professional-studies/staff/academic-staff/sarah-prestridge

This week we focus on the use of Google Sites as a free and easily accessible tool to support the development of ePortfolios. Sarah will explore the underlying pedagogy and rationale for the use of ePortfolios, how she has employed Google Sites in her course in ICT in education, and consider how you may be able to employ these tools in your teaching.
